How I work as chairman
As a CFO, I saw how much a management team handles between board meetings. Every business is different, so I adapt to what management needs. As chairman, I aim to add focus, not workload. A few examples of how I typically work:

I invest my own capital in every deal and raise equity deal by deal from family offices and independent sponsor funds, drawing on investors I've worked alongside before. I engage equity and financing partners early, with clear communication and disciplined execution.
